For larger redesign projects, we can run a quick UX audit first so the scope is clear before anything is committed. See the UX audit service here.
We keep it simple. You get a dedicated Slack channel, or we work over WhatsApp, Telegram, or whatever you already use. Expect weekly check-ins so you always know what's being worked on and when it lands. Calls are saved for key decisions and milestone reviews, so your time only goes where it matters.
Yes. We take on monthly retainers for teams that need ongoing design support, new designs, edits, updates, or continued design and development work. Retainers are priced to your scope and rolling, so you can scale up or pause as your needs change.
Two rounds of revisions are included, each round being one consolidated batch of feedback per stage. Small tweaks don't count against that. Anything beyond two rounds is handled case by case.
Every project includes 30 days of support after launch to cover fixes and tweaks while everything settles. We also walk your team through everything we hand over, from updating the CMS on a site to the design files and specs for product work, so you can keep moving without us.
